private bathroom with full size bathtub/shower and closets. Also features a neutral color wall-to-wall carpet and window blinds. These floor plans are a sample of the various layouts and sizes available ranging in size from 300-550 sq. ft.
Monthly rent includes our full package of services and amenities all in one affordable, low monthly rental fee. Three meals are served waitress-style daily in our beautiful dining room. Monthly rent includes your choice of any two meals daily, should you desire three meals daily there is an additional charge of $50.00 per month.
