You may choose from the various types of apartments and floor plans that best accommodate your preferences and needs.
At Brandon Wood Retirement Community we offer independent style living in affordably priced studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Upon securing an apartment of your choice, you may take up to 90 days to occupy the apartment.
Monthly rent includes our full package of services and amenities all in one affordable, low monthly rental fee. Three meals are served waitress-style daily in our beautiful dining room. Monthly rent includes your choice of any two meals daily, should you desire three meals daily there is an additional charge of $75.00 per month.
